My birthday is coming up, and I need to restock my wardrobe with a few summer staples, specifically a few dresses! And target has some incredible (and affordable) dresses this season! Some of them are online only, so I will have to wait until my birthday, but then I will be going crazy! Let me also say, that all of these dresses are under $40!! Most of them are between $19.99 and $30! Great deals on adorable dresses! Here are just a few that I picked out!
